The hotel environment is very good but the service quality and The Manager behaviour and attitude is 3 rd class. Food quality is also bad . We are paying lots of money to the hotel management but services are not good .

Excellent stay at Koti Resort. Courteous staff, great ambience, delicious food with ample variety of dishes. Everything went smoothly from check in to Checkout. Would highly recommend this place for vacation as well as for hosting marriage.

The views from Koti are amazing! In addition one can do a lovely walk up to an apple orchard just outside the hotel. The food in Koti is very good, fresh and delicious! Lastly the staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. Just outside Koti resort there is a little dhaba/shop on the right that makes the most delicious chai and aloo paratha. You must try! Lastly, nearby one can do the blue pine trek with a guide or a hike Shali Tibba which is breath taking, but you have to drive one hour to arrive to the starting point.

I planned destination wedding of my son in Koti Resorts. We stayed in the resort from 20-22 May 2023. All the arrangements were too good. Food was also delicious and mouth-watering. I am thankful to all the staff of the resort and specially Mr Rajiv Ahuja, GM and Mr Goldy, F&B in charge. I strongly recommend this resorts for Destination Wedding.
